We are currently seeking a German Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and enjoy helping German-speaking clients optimize their online presence through effective search engine strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultation to German-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Assist customers in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze client performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and new developments in digital marketing.
  • Quickly address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
