Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored consultation to Portuguese-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Assist clients in leveraging search engine platforms and tools to optimize their advertising effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of client performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops aimed at educating clients on best practices for search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and advancements in digital marketing.
  • Promptly address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
