Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultation to Portuguese-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Help clients effectively utilize search engine platforms and tools to improve the performance of their advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of performance data, delivering actionable insights for optimization.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the best practices for search engine marketing.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing software is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently and in a team environment.
