Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultation to Portuguese-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Guide clients in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to improve their advertising outcomes.
  • Analyze client performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices in search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
