Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized consultations to French-speaking customers on search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their online visibility.
  • Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices to maximize search engine effectiveness.
  • Document all client interactions and gather feedback to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
