Responsibilities- Provide top-tier technical support to Slovak-speaking users through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to search engine functionalities.
- Guide users in optimizing their use of search engine tools and features.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in detail for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical teams to relay user feedback and enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure that all user concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential, along with excellent English language skills.
- Experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with search engine platforms or customer support software is a plus.
