Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to Slovak-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's diverse range of products and services.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to escalate complex problems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovak and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
- A quick learner with the capability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A collaborative spirit with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
