Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Partake in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills.
- Offer suggestions to improve internal processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to help others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
