Responsibilities- Offer exceptional technical support to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
- Provide feedback to improve support processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A collaborative approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
