Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to Hungarian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and tackle more complex technical concerns.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
- Team-oriented approach with a commitment to helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
