Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and timely assistance.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and service enhancements.

Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a tech-related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
