Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the tech company's products and services to provide accurate information.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the tech industry, is a plus.
