Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to products and services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings to offer accurate assistance.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of products and customer support skills.
- Contribute insights to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer support.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills paired with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
