Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical assistance to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical concerns.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
- Provide insightful feedback to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
