Responsibilities- Offer top-notch technical assistance to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and improve customer support capabilities.
- Provide suggestions for enhancing support processes and overall customer experience.
- Support and mentor new team members during their onboarding process.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not required.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards new technologies and processes.
- Team-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
