Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to foster high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Log customer interactions meticulously in the company's CRM system for accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer experience.
- Engage in continuous training sessions to keep skills updated and improve service quality.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and contribute ideas for optimizing internal processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Able to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or related sectors, is advantageous.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
