As a Dutch Customer Support Specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions in a CRM system for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Offer feedback and ideas for continual improvement in customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tackle problems effectively and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Open to relocating to Greece and experiencing a new cultural environment.
