Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while upholding company standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's IT products and services to offer accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product developments and company policies.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English is also required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the IT industry, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
