Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the IT company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and team meetings to keep abreast of new products and policies.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech sector, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and IT support tools is a plus.
