Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Document all interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely solutions for customer concerns.
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Engage in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT industry, is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
