Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the Big Five IT companies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to refine customer service processes and enhance client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute feedback and ideas to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the tech industry, is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to embrace new challenges in a vibrant cultural setting.
