Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about the tech company's products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to team meetings to discuss feedback and propose improvements in customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related tech field is preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support software.
- A positive mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
