Responsibilities- Offer stellar customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share feedback and improve service quality.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and brainstorm new solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in technology.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a new cultural environment.
