Responsibilities- Engage with Czech-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a leading technology brand.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Conduct outbound calls to inform partners about new products and offerings.
- Leverage cross-selling and up-selling strategies to enhance customer transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every step of the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and updates to assist customers accurately.
- Document customer interactions and sales efforts in the CRM system meticulously.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and elevate the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, preferably within the tech sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proactive, motivated, and passionate about sales and technology.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
