Responsibilities- Interact with Dutch-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a prominent technology brand.
- Assess customer needs and customize solutions to address them effectively.
- Make outbound calls to update partners about new products and services.
- Seize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, features, and services to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance your sales and product expertise.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven sales experience is an advantage, especially in tech-related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer engagement.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace life in a new culture.
