Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a leading technology brand.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively.
- Conduct outbound calls to inform partners about new products and services.
- Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and changes to assist customers accurately.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales communications in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine your sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the tech sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills, with an effective customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic about sales and technology.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture.
