Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, responding to their inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop personalized sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective relationship management.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the tech industry and product offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and document customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continually enhance your sales technique and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German, with strong proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while being a team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques is advantageous.
