Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and service.
  • Understand customer requirements and customize sales strategies accordingly.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and nurturing client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, with a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, cooperative, and goal-oriented team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural experience.
