Responsibilities- Engage with English-speaking customers and provide exceptional service by addressing their inquiries and needs.
- Learn about our products and services to effectively convey information and promote sales.
- Assist in generating new leads and following up on prospective clients.
- Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and approaches.
- Participate in training sessions to improve your understanding of sales techniques and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growing in a sales environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new culture.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
