As a Sales Representative, you will engage with Finnish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and promoting our client's products and services. Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Promote products and services, guiding clients towards making informed purchasing decisions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve client engagement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and market trends.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about the sales process.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural setting.
- A passion for sales and helping clients find the best solutions.
