Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking a Finnish Speaking Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece This role presents an exciting chance to immerse yourself in the retail industry while engaging with Finnish-speaking customers in a dynamic environment.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our Finnish clientele. You will assist customers in their shopping journey, manage inventory, and ensure a positive atmosphere within the store. If you are friendly, enthusiastic, and fluent in Finnish, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking customers, assisting with any inquiries and purchases.
  • Exhibit thorough product knowledge and make personalized recommendations to enhance customer experience.
  • Help maintain the organization of the store, ensuring displays are visually appealing and inventory is well-stocked.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
  • Work alongside team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Engage in training and development programs to bolster your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
  • Eagerness to live and work in Athens, Greece, and enjoy its rich cultural heritage.
