Your Responsibilities- Provide consulting and support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding our online security software.
- Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Document customer inquiries and specifications accurately in our CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions about new software updates and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer consulting or technical support is preferred.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and online technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Analytical mindset to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to relocate and embrace new challenges
