Responsibilities- Engage with clients from Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland) to understand their specific online security needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Assist clients in the effective implementation and optimization of our security software.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure clients grasp the software's functionalities and best practices.
- Collect and analyze client feedback for product improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in the online security landscape.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) along with English is essential.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or a related field in the online security industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online security software and best practices in digital safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide clients with actionable recommendations.
- Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing clients' digital security measures.
- Familiarity with digital tools and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
