Responsibilities- Engage with French-speaking clients to assess their online security needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Assist clients in the implementation and effective utilization of our security software.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance client understanding of our offerings.
- Analyze client feedback and provide insights for continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in the online security industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or the online security sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of online security software and best practices in digital safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and offer actionable recommendations.
- A genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients in strengthening their digital security measures.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
