Your Responsibilities- Provide consultancy and support to French-speaking clients concerning our online security software.
- Assess client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Accurately document customer inquiries and specifications in our CRM system.
- Engage in training sessions on new software updates and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer consultancy or technical support is desirable.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and online technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Analytical capabilities to identify and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
