This role, based in Athens, involves providing specialized consulting services to Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate and implement our advanced online security software. Responsibilities- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to assess their online security needs and provide customized software solutions.
- Guide customers through the implementation and optimization of our security software.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding of our products.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to product development and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in online security.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or online security is preferred.
- Solid understanding of online security software and digital safety best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills with a focus on providing actionable insights to clients.
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping clients improve their digital security posture.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
