Your Responsibilities- Provide consulting and support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding our online security software.
- Assess client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Record customer inquiries and specifications accurately in our CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions regarding new software updates and security protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer consultancy or technical support is a plus.
- Interest in cybersecurity and online technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Analytical mindset for identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
