Key Responsibilities- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to assess their online security needs and recommend tailored software solutions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' existing cybersecurity frameworks and provide customized recommendations.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring effective use of security software.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to implement security solutions that meet client specifications.
- Analyze security software performance and provide insights to clients for optimization and improvement.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related field, especially with online security software.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and mitigation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex security concepts for a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cybersecurity technologies.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of building lasting client relationships.
