Responsibilities- Consult with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their online security needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Assist customers in implementing and optimizing our security software solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to ensure clients fully understand product functionalities.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and address client concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the trends in online security and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or in the online security sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online security software and best practices in digital safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients enhance their digital security.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
