Your Responsibilities- Provide consultancy and support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding our online security software.
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and specifications in our CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions on new software updates and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
- Experience in customer consultancy or technical support is preferred.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and online technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to relocate and embrace new challenges
