Responsibilities- Engage with clients from the Nordic countries to identify their specific online security needs and provide customized solutions.
- Support clients in effectively implementing and maximizing the use of our security software.
- Conduct training sessions and informative workshops to ensure clients understand how to fully utilize our software.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for product enhancement and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide innovative solutions and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and changes in the online security landscape.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) and English is essential.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or a related field in the online security industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of online security software and best practices in digital safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide clients with insightful recommendations.
- Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing clients' digital security measures.
- Familiarity with digital tools and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
