Responsibilities

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a vibrant community online.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to refine content strategies and enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activities to keep our content fresh.
  • Assist in managing the scheduling of content on social media accounts.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during team brainstorming sessions to drive engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a creative focus.
  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management software.
  • Interest in living and working in Athens, Greece, and embracing a new cultural environment.
