Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for individuals fluent in Finnish. We are currently seeking Finnish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive online environment for Finnish-speaking users by monitoring content and engaging with the community across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments and messages promptly to foster a welcoming and interactive community.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior, escalating significant issues to the relevant teams.
- Conduct research on current trends and topics of interest within the Finnish-speaking audience to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with content creation teams to suggest improvements and help develop engaging material that resonates with the audience.
- Prepare reports on user interactions and content performance to provide insights for strategic development.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, policies, and best practices for effective content moderation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
- Proficiency with content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
