Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison for German-speaking clients, delivering outstanding customer service and detailed product information.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of logistics services.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
- Accurately document all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, especially in logistics or a related industry, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural adventure.
