We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and logistics and want to assist German-speaking clients in their shipping needs.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipment tracking, delivery details, service rates, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams as well as shipping partners to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
- Keep customers informed about shipping options, transit times, and safety regulations.
- Gather and compile customer feedback to support continuous improvement in service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics or shipping industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
