In this essential role, you will provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics and shipping services. Your keen attention to detail and customer service skills will be critical in ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in the logistics and shipping domain.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping schedules, tracking, and logistics solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on logistics services and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally in logistics or shipping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
