As part of the team, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to shipping and logistics, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding logistics and shipping inquiries.
  • Assist clients with tracking shipments, resolving issues, and understanding shipping procedures.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of orders.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records to enhance service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and customer experience in the logistics department.
  • Stay updated on shipping regulations and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in logistics or shipping, is preferred.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.
