Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking users through various communication channels.
  • Assist users with inquiries about the dating and social networking apps, offering accurate information and solutions.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
  • A strong enthusiasm for customer service and social networking.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a friendly disposition.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
