Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping status, logistics, and order management.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of logistics challenges.
- Stay informed about shipping processes and community regulations to provide accurate support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the logistics or shipping industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
