We are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Transportation Services Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service and who enjoy assisting Spanish-speaking clients with their transportation needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, fare details, and company policies.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and address customer needs.
- Keep customers informed about service updates, safety measures, and promotions.
- Collect feedback to contribute to the enhancement of service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
